Welcome to the Telecompaper Mobile MVNO/SP List. This is a fairly comprehensive listing of MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) and mobile SPs in the world today, as well as relevant news. Where possible, the defunct or purchased entities are listed as well. MVNEs are listed by country after MVNO/SPs. See below for general MVNEs, a news archive, some MVNO resources, etc.

GT3C operates under the brand name Grön Telekom. Every year they plant at least one tree for each customer. They also offer fixed services, using TDC's netwerk. Uses Telenabler as MVNE

Lycamobile offers prepaid SIM cards with reduced international calling rates, focusing on users who normally use calling cards to phone abroad. The company has set up MVNOs in the following countries: UK, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Australia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Spain, Italy and recently US (March 2013) and Austria (November 2013), Tunisia (2015) and Romania (2015). Macedonia followed in 2016, and Lycamobile launched in Ukraine in July 2017. South Africa followed in 2019 and Uganda in 2020 It ceased its operations in Hong Kong in April 2018
