This chart shows to which degree consumers agree with four statements concerning the proposed tariff drop for roaming in the EU. The question asked was: "From July 1 this year, the new roaming law will take effect. This law means lower prices for calling, texting and mobile internet when travelling in European Union countries. Calls will be charged a maximum 29 cents per minute, and sending a text message will cost a maximum 9 cents. For a megabyte (MB) of data, the charge will be capped at 70 cents. Below are a few statements concerning this new law. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the following statements?". The four statements that could be answered: 'I still think the tariffs are too high', 'I only take my mobile phone with me for emergencies', 'I will be using my mobile phone more in Europe after this change' and 'I already have (cheaper) bundles for roaming'.
