Belgian mobile service revenue returns to growth as market shake-up looms

The Belgian mobile market is showing increased signs of recovery, as service revenues rose 1.5 percent year-on-year in Q3 2015. The growth is driven by the operators' success in moving more customers to postpaid plans, as well as accelerating adoption of mobile data services by Belgians. However, it hasn't yet had a significant positive effect on the operators' ARPUs.
