ING introduces voice recognition into mobile banking app

ING announced that it will introduce a voice recognition service, named Inge, into its mobile banking app for iOs and Android. The roll-out will be split into two phases: voice commands and voice recognition allowing authorisations to be made by voice. Further developments are likely to include paying via iDeal on websites and enhanced authorisation capabilities.
