Juniper: banking will move from mobile to using wearables

Monday 26 October 2015 | 13:12 CET | Author: Marion ter Welle | Background
According to Juniper the future of mobile banking will show a move towards banking via wearables, which are particularly convenient to use for e.g. displaying account balances and locating ATMs. Their recent report shows how mobile banking has led to a change in the banking world, with fewer physical branches and more likely to close in many countries. Mobile banking still shows room for growth itself but will be complemented by new forms such as banking via wearables.
