Last week in telecoms: Comcast and ViacomCBS bring Peacock and Paramount+ to Europe

Comcast and ViacomCBS have joined forces to bring content from their streaming video services Peacock and Paramount+ to Europe. This promises to be a serious competitor for Netflix, Amazon and Disney, as well as possibly live sports channels.
