Mobile banking looks promising for banks in Hong Kong

Although mobile banking is used by a small minority of people in Hong Kong, those users are very positive about their experiences, as in shown by a study from Synovate. This should give banks a new marketing channel, as well as providing them with useful information to use in their marketing approach to increase the take-up of mobile banking.
