MVNOs in Eastern Europe struggle to gain a foothold

Poland and the Czech Republic are the top countries for MVNOs in Eastern Europe. In the past five years, both countries have shown net growth in the number of MVNOs, while virtual operators in other countries in Eastern Europe have struggled to take off, according to the latest research from Telecompaper (https://www.telecompaper.com/research/mvno-list).
