Over 35% of consumers turn off data when roaming

Thursday 2 July 2015 | 13:26 CET | Author: Bart Garvelink | Background
A large majority of Dutch consumers says they take measures to limit the costs of mobile roaming. The share turning mobile data off when roaming has grown to 37 percent, according to the latest figures from the Telecompaper Consumer Panel. More people are also turning to Wi-Fi hotspots. Only 13 percent said they don't change anything and use their mobile the same as when at home.
