Romanian MVNO market yet to develop, opportunities exist

In comparison to some other Eastern European countries, the market for VO players is underdeveloped in Romania. This is mainly due to a saturated market with a high mobile penetration rate. About 26.8 million SIM cards were circulating in Romania in Q3 2013, according to Telecompaper estimates, while a recently held census (2012) reveals there are about 19 million people living in Romania.
