Visa: connected device for connected payment

More than 80 percent of Americans have a strong interest in using connected devices to make purchases, with a keen eye toward security and data concerns, according to a new study released by Visa and Pymnts.com. The study found that 75 percent of consumers have at least one connected device, in addition to their smartphones, computers or tablets. Game consoles and activity trackers are the most popular connected devices, but smart watches and voice activated devices are growing in relevance.
