Apple agrees chip manufacturing deal with Intel - report

Apple reached a preliminary agreement for Intel to manufacture some of the chips that power Apple devices, people familiar with the matter told the Wall Street Journal. The companies have been in talks for over a year on the deal, which will help Apple increase its supply chain in the US. It's not yet clear which products Intel will make.

Lumen Technologies has announced plans for a USD 1 billion senior notes offering due 2037, issued through wholly-owned subsidiary Level 3 Financing. Some of the net proceeds will be used to buy Existing Group Tender Notes and cover related fees and expenses. The 7.500% Senior Notes were priced to investors at 100 percent of their aggregate principal amount and will mature on 15 February 2037.

German IT services provider Bechtle said revenues increases by 7.6 percent year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026 to EUR 1.60 billion, on the back of rising business volume.
