How to save time and money on telecom network merger & acquisition process

Telecom companies, especially in Europe, are facing hard times. Even though new technologies are being introduced every few years, they do not translate directly to increased sales and profits in the way they used to. Intensive competition, coupled with decreasing incomes from traditional services (voice and data) force telecoms companies to seek higher operational effectiveness – or in other words, to search for cost savings in their organizations. This is one of the reasons why we currently observe an increasing number of merger & acquisition processes on the telecommunications market. And those processes usually result in network consolidations – one way that network maintenance costs can be reduced.
