We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for our TITAN product line for the Americas region that has a successful track record of growing revenue, managing a N. American sales team, and deep exposure to the regional telecom and service provider industry.  

This role is home-based and can be located anywhere within easy access to a major airport in the US.

Requirements & Responsibilities 
  • Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenues in both existing and new accounts, and regional growth consistent with company objectives.
  • Must come from the telecom vendor industry with proven success in selling into various areas of the carrier and service provider business (Core, OSS, Operations, Business, etc..).
  • Define the sales strategy for the Americas region that takes into account the company objectives for revenue and customer engagements.
  • Distinguishable management success in coaching, decision-making, solution-selling and “in the trenches” day to day activities.
  • Experience in leading and closing complex software solutions to a broad range of buyers (network engineers, Managers, VPs, Procurement).
  • This role will require travel 40-50% across the Americas region.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to direct management.
  • Attend trade shows as required.
  • Must have an ethical approach to management and a working level of financial and regulatory requirements (i.e. GAP rules for revenue recognition).
  • Will be required to work with the team on forecasting, funnel management, pipeline growth, and accurate reporting back into the organization.
  • Must be proactive in maintaining current and relevant industry news, events, technology, and competition.
  • Must be a team player and capable of providing a positive influence across multiple departments.
  • Capable to ascertain business opportunities specific towards company and product goals and objectives.


  • Minimum of 7 year leading sales teams across the Americas in the telecommunications and service provider industry.
  • Must have proven background of growing profitable revenue, with P&L responsibilities and day to day reporting to senior management.
  • Will be responsible for both an account management team handling existing customer sales for organic growth and a team of new logo hunters with an outward facing sales objective.
  • Direct experience in running the America’s region and illustratable evidence of the capability to understand and sell complex software solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint required

Qualifications and Education

  • 4-year degree
  • Not required, but preferred, multi-lingual in Spanish and English
  • US Citizen residing full-time in the US
  • Past work experience at relevant and similar industry vendors
