1&1 comes first in Chip magazine's hotline survey

Germany’s 1&1 has been named the best mobile and best fixed-network/internet provider in CHIP magazine’s annual Hotlinetest survey conducted with market research portal Statista.

The survey ranked the customer service lines of roughly 141 companies in 12 different industries in the categories service, waiting time, availability and transparency. Among mobile providers, 1&1 received a total of 95.1 points and a ranking of “very good”, followed by Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone.

1&1 likewise came in first among fixed-network and internet providers and received one of the highest scores in the entire survey with a total of 97.3 points. 1&1 received 100 points in the categories availability and waiting time, 94 points for service and 90 points for transparency and finished ahead of rivals Ewe Tel and Deutsche Telekom.
