1&1 comes first in Chip magazine's hotline survey

The survey ranked the customer service lines of roughly 141 companies in 12 different industries in the categories service, waiting time, availability and transparency. Among mobile providers, 1&1 received a total of 95.1 points and a ranking of "very good", followed by Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone.

In my opinion, 1&1 Internet is the worst of the worst. The company cost me a good business, I should have checked them out with the BBB, too late I found out they had an F rating
