1&1 Drillisch receives shareholder approval to pay minimum dividend

German operator 1&1 Drillisch received 99.6 percent of the votes from its shareholders at the annual general meeting for its proposal to pay the minimum dividend of EUR 0.05 per share for the fiscal year 2018.
