1&1 Drillisch revenues up 4%, earnings lower as customers change behavior after Covid-19

German operator 1&1 Drillisch said its revenues increased by 4.1 percent year-on-year to EUR 1.8 billion in the first half of 2020. The high-margin service revenues increased by 3.1 percent to EUR 1.4 billion. This includes a negative effect of EUR 4.6 million from the loss of international roaming revenues as a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic and the temporary restrictions on travel. Without the negative effect, service revenues would have increased by 3.4 percent, it said.
