1&1 plans dual-track dividend based on 5G auction result after rise in FY revenues and EBITDA

German operator 1&1 Drillisch said that its dividend will amount to EUR 0.05 per share in the event that it acquires frequencies in the 5G auction, with a total disbursement of EUR 8.8 million for FY 2018. If it does not acquire the frequencies, it will pay a dividend of EUR 1.80 per share, equalling a total disbursement of EUR 317.3 million in 2018.
