21Vianet prices USD 525 million senior note offering

Chinese data centre operator 21Vianet has announced the pricing of its planed USD 525 million convertible senior note offering. 21Vianet has granted the initial purchasers in the notes offering a 13-day option to purchase up to an additional USD 75 million in aggregate principal amount of the notes. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the notes offering to expand its data center infrastructure, repay outstanding senior notes due 2021, and other general corporate purposes.
