3 Kenyans launch KoviTrace app aimed at containing Covid-19

Three Kenyans have developed a mobile application called KoviTrace, to help authorities trace the movement of patients who have tested positive for Covid-19, as well as those who have come into contact with these patients, the Daily Nation reported. The app can be installed on Android and IOS phones or accessed through USSD for users without smartphones. It was developed by biochemist Donatus Njoroge, IT expert Gideon Kamau and medical doctor Jesse Gitaki.
