43 million UK broadband users suffer poor home connections - uSwitch

Thursday 24 August 2017 | 10:08 CET | News
New research from uSwitch shows that 43 million UK broadband users (83%) are experiencing poor reliability at home, with consumers reporting slow loading pages (71%), internet disconnecting (67%), buffering (63%) and crashing (54%). Despite superfast broadband reducing speed and reliability problems, uSwitch's research shows that only 57 percent of users believe they can access superfast speeds in their areas and almost one third (30%) don't know if they can access superfast services at all.
