5G Alliance for Connected Industries partners with 3GPP to support 5G standards

The German 5G Alliance for Connected Industries and Automation (5G-ACIA) has become a Market Representation Partner in the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP). The partnership intends to support the communication of 5G technology requirements to key ICT players at an early stage. It also aims to contribute to global regulation within ITU-R, to the definition of the 5G industrial architecture and testing 5G systems for industry.
