62% of businesses to use contact centre webchat - survey

Some 62 percent of businesses will be using webchat services this year, compared to 20 percent in 2013, according to a study commissioned by BT Ireland. The head of development for omni-channel, customer experience and contact centre services, Graham Fagan, writes on the company's blog that he was not surprised by the figure.
