70% of French pay under EUR 20 a month for mobile - survey

Around 70 percent of consumers are paying less than EUR 20 a month for their mobile service in France and 25 percent of the country's consumers think they are paying too much, according to a survey of over 1,000 people conducted in early November by market research company Ipsos for MVNO Prixtel. Prixtel writes that a mobile bill of under EUR 20 is normal than the norm before Free's market entry and the subsequent price war.
