7Sports and eSports.com form joint venture to expand platform in DACH region

7Sports, the sports business unit of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group, announced a joint venture with eSports.com to expand the gaming platform in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The parties will hold 50 percent each of the new company eSports GSA. Stefan Zant, CEO and COO of 7Sports, and Fabian Furch, CEO of eSports.com, will jointly manage the joint venture.
