84% of Australian telecom subs are satisfied with their service, despite COVID-19 impact - study

Despite significant impacts on telecommunications services and infrastructure, the Australian customers' satisfaction improved slightly during the quarter ended 30 June 2020, according to a Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction survey published by Communications Alliance. The percentage of surveyed telecommunications customers who were satisfied/neutral about their overall customer experience improved marginally to 84 percent.
