9Mobile seeks concessions on spectrum, interconnect rates, data floor price

Nigerian operator 9Mobile is seeking a special consideration from industry regulator NCC in the areas of spectrum allocation, interconnect rates, data floor price and concessional foreign exchange access, among other things, reports ThisDay. According to CEO Boye Olusanya the concession, if granted, would help the telecoms company to shore up its revenue and meet its financial obligations accordingly.
