A1 admits mobile number portability backlog

A1 has admitted that there are problems with mobile number portability (MNP), Austrian newspaper Der Standard reported online. It said one particular client was told by customers services that because of the contract change, his handset would out of service for three days. An A1 spokeswoman conceeded that there is a porting backlog, but said customers would still be reachable.
