A1 connects municipalities in rural areas to its fibre-optic infrastructure

Austrian operator A1 will cover around 500 municipalities with fibre-optic infrastructure in the next few years and connect 300,000 households and industrial areas in rural districts to the fibre network. Construction has recently been completed in Weiden am See, where the operator has connected 1,300 residential and corporate addresses.
