A1, Nokia demonstrate 1.5 Gbps mobile data transmission

Austrian operator A1, in cooperation with Nokia, has demonstrated a pre-5G speed of 1.5 Gbps, using five-carrier aggregation in the bands 2600 MHz, 1800 MHz, 800 MHz and 2100 MHz, MIMO and 256 QAM modulation.
