A2A sells 49 percent stake in E-utile to Atos

Italian multi-utility company A2A has sold its 49 percent shareholding in E-utile to IT services company Atos. A2A received around EUR 10.3 million in cash for the operation, realising a consolidated capital gain of over EUR 8 million. E-utile's value, taking into account its financial debt, amounts to approximately EUR 30 million. Atos recently acquired the remaining 51 percent of e-Utile from Siemens IT Solutions and Services.
