ABC taps Huawei for TD-LTE service deployment

ABC Communications has expanded its wireless broadband service in British Columbia. ABC has partnered with Huawei to deploy TD-LTE fixed wireless service throughout its operating area. ABC's new network provides a wireless alternative to cable and ADSL for last mile broadband access. Using licensed 3.5 GHz spectrum, the expanded network gives coverage of up to 20 km of linear service range and provides speeds of up to 50 Mbps.
