Acer to offer Android 4.0 tablet for less than USD 200

Acer is preparing to launch a 7-inch, Android 4.0 tablet in the third quarter for less than USD 200, the Verge reports. The Iconia A110 tablet is on display at the Computex show in Taiwan, and an Acer spokesman told the Verge the tablet will be the company's main low-end device. The tablet comes with a Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, 1GB RAM, HDMI and microSD card slot. Acer is also showing the larger Iconia A210, with a 10.1-inch 1280x800 screen. It also comes with 1GB RAM, a single front-facing camera and a microSD card slot, plus a full-sized USB port and the option for 3G connectivity.
