Acorn acquires stake in Mint Wireless

Australian micro-market capitalization institutional investor Acorn Capital has made an investment in mobile payments and technology company Mint Wireless. Acorn has acquired 31,000 shares from the directors of TAAJ Corporation. Acorn is now a new substantial shareholder in Mint, the m-payments company said. No financial details related to the transaction have been disclosed.
