Adobe buys B2B marketing cloud platform specialist Marketo for USD 4.75 bln

Adobe has agreed to buy Marketo, a cloud platform for B2B marketing engagement, for USD 4.75 billion. The move comes after the company took over commerce platform Magento in May for USD 1.68 billion. The latest acquisition will see Adobe integrating Marketo's engagement platform into its own Experience Cloud and so offer a wider range of services for all sorts of customers across different industries.
