Adva provides FSP 3000 open terminal technology for Austria Central Bank network

Adva said it is providing its FSP 3000 open terminal equipment for the data centre interconnection (DCI) network of the Austria Central Bank. This enables the central bank to sustain an increase in demand for data while simultaneously making savings on rack space and power consumption. The network of the bank can transport up to 200 Gbps on a single wavelength. It supports a wide range of services on one platform, including 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps, 25 Gbps, 40 Gbps and 100 Gbps Ethernet, and 8 Gbps, 16 Gbps and 32 Gbps Fibre Channel.
