Africa Online and iWay Africa could merge with Dandemutande

African ICT firm Gondwana International Networks (GIN) is awaiting competition and tariff commission approval for a merger with an ISP, ITWeb reported. GIN owns iWay Africa and Africa Online and is to merge their operations in Zimbabwe with the ISP Dandemutande, which is owned by Mauritius-based and Zimbabwe-focused investment company, Masawara.
