African IT firm iSON Technologies acquires GTS from ENOC

Africa-focused IT services provider iSON Technologies, along with Dhabi One Investment Services, has acquired Global Technology Services (GTS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC). This enables iSON Technologies to expand its services and client portfolio in the UAE and the GCC, while enabling GTS access to other sectors such as telecommunications, aviation, media and entertainment. The organisation is a Platinum Partner of Oracle.
