Africell to spend part of USD 100 mln credit on mobile payments, bid for Angolan licence

Africell plans to spend part of a USD 100 million credit line on expanding its infrastructure and fintech services, Reuters reported. The company is also planning to bid for the fourth operating licence in Angola.
