AgCom to regulate online authors' copyrights

Italy's Communications Authority (AgCom) will pass a set of regulations for online copyright by the end of this year. According to AgCom commissioner Francesco Posteraro, once the public consultation is completed and the opinion of the European Commission is obtained, the intention is to pass the measure by the end of the year, so it can come into force in early 2014.
