Agcom told to recalculate Vodafone Italia's EUR 1.16 mln billing fine

The Regional Administrative Court of Lazio, Italy's main administrative court of first instance, has ordered communications regulator Agcom to recalculate a heavy fine imposed on Vodafone Italia for irregular billing practices, reports La Repubblica. The operator was fined a total of EUR 1.16 million in December 2017 for calculating invoices on the basis of a 28-day period and failing to provide sufficiently clear information about the new pricing practice.
