AINMT EGMs approve new funding

AINMT, the company operating the Ice and Net.1 networks in Scandinavia, said that the extraordinary general meetings of AINMT AS and AINMT Holdings AB have approved new convertible loans. Approximately 73.6 percent of the shares in AINMT AS were represented, and 100 percent of the shares of AINMT Holdings were represented, at their respective EGMs on 30 October. All resolutions were passed unanimously.
