AINMT enters Indonesia by investing in Sampoerna

AINMT Holdings, part of Ukrainian-American billionaire Len Blavatnik's Access Industries group, has signed a definitive agreement to invest in Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia (STI). STI owns nationwide frequencies and the two companies will expand and upgrade the STIs mobile network.
