AINMT placement to raise up to NOK 800 mln to boost Ice.net

AINMT AS said it is contemplating a private placement of new shares to raise NOK 500 to NOK 800 million, adding that Access Industries and Rasmussengruppen have subscribed in advance for NOK 250 million each. This is driven by further growth ambitions in Norway, both in terms of customer acquisition and network expansion. The company still plans to apply for a listing on Oslo Bors,Oslo Axess or other regulated market in 2017
