AINMT to hold EGM on 22 June to vote on share placement

AINMT AS, part of Ukrainian-born US billionaire Len Blavatnik's Access Industries holding company, has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting on 22 June to vote on a motion to allow a private placement of new shares. The company announced recently that it aims to raise USD 50 million to USD 70 million to capitalise further on the sales momentum in Norway and financing additional growth opportunities in Indonesia.
