Airtel Africa ties up with Finablr for cross-border payments

Airtel Africa has signed a partnership agreement with Finablr, a global platform for payments and foreign exchange services. Airtel Africa mobile money operations will be integrated with Finablr's technology platform to facilitate inward and outbound cross-border payments. Customers will be able to use Finablr's worldwide network to send money from over 100 countries to Airtel Money mobile wallets in Africa via the Airtel Money mobile app and the Airtel Africa online portal.
