Airtel launches LTE network in Niger's capital Niamey

Airtel has announced the launch of LTE services in Niger, with customers in the country's capital, Niamey, the first to benefit from the faster network. The Bharti Airtel subsidiary was awarded Niger's first LTE licence in April 2018. It now plans to bring LTE to all the country's regional capitals and a number of the other larger cities.
