Friday 19 April 2013 | 21:31 CET | News
Airtel Malawi said it is running a soccer scouting programme to identify and nurture budding football talent. The Airtel Rising Stars is an Africa-wide programme that provides a platform for soccer talent under the age of 17 to showcase their skills to leading scouts and coaches and have an opportunity to further their football skills. The initiative targets both boys and girls across the country. The programme will be organised in regional tournaments, culminating in a national final slated for 15 June.
