Airtel Tanzania, NMB partner to boost mobile money services

Airtel Tanzania has announced partnership with the National Microfinance Bank (NMB) under which Airtel Money agents will be provided with floats from NMB branches across the country to improve efficiency in mobile money services, reports Daily News. MD Sunil Colaso said in a statement that the partnership with NMB is aimed at boosting customers' convenience in mobile money transactions. Under the deal, NMB will manage physical cash movements and its accounting while Airtel Money will manage float movement and its accounting.
