AIS Fibre provides customer support 24 hours a day

Thailand's AIS Fibre said it now provides non-stop customer support as part of its "Service Innovation" strategy. It said its focus is on improving services sustainably for greater benefits, rather than merely competing on price. It said "Service Innovation" strategy combines the strengths of the entire company and its partners in maintaining their commitment to providing the highest quality service, 24 hours a day.
